There’s a reason why Christ oftenreferred to His followers as sheep—because they follow a shepherd. Ifthe “shepherd” isn’t sowing gospel seeds, it is doubtful that his sheepwill. This is even more critical in the life of a church plant becausethe planter is infusing into the church the DNA that shapes the churchfor years into the future. If the planter is a passionate sower, hispeople will be as well.
